We accept orders over the Internet, by telephone and in person in our retail flower shop. We are open and provide flower delivery 7 days a week. We offer a unique collection of fresh flowers, plants, and fruit baskets and offer delivery in our local surrounding area as well as across North America. Our goal is to provide with floral gifts that are always fresh and beautiful. If you or your recipient received damaged flowers or other damaged products:
All changes and updates to your order should be done within one (1) hour of placing the order. After one hour, we will do our best to track it but it could already have been delivered. Please double check all the information in your order confirmation that you receive when you place your order.
Unfortunately, during peak holidays it is extremely difficult to make changes to an existing order. We will make every effort, but change requests are not guaranteed.
It may be possible to cancel your order. Unfortuantely we cannot cancel orders that have been prepared or are already out with courier for delivery.
Orders placed for delivery outside of Canada will be charged in CAD. Provincial taxes of destination will apply.
