Jackman’s is a full-service florist located North Bay for over 100 years and believes in keeping it fresh. In recognition of our top quality product and extraordinary customer service, Jackman’s has been named “Canadian Florist of the Year” by Teleflora the past last 15 years and counting. We accept orders over the Internet, by telephone and in person in our retail flower shop. We are open and provide flower delivery 7 days a week. We offer a unique collection of fresh flowers, plants, and fruit baskets and offer delivery in our local surrounding area as well as across North America. Whatever the occasion may be, make it memorable with Jackman’s.

We understand the importance of on-time delivery, fresh flowers, high quality gifts, and the happiness that they bring. We know that each product we deliver is a special message from you to someone you care about. We stand by our products with a 98.7% customer satisfaction rate.

Customer Support

When customer service is required, our goal is to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer online customer support as well as customer service by telephone calls, to provide you with the service you want. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us directly.

Please provide your order number and a photo for any quality issues.

Product Replacement

Our goal is to provide with floral gifts that are always fresh and beautiful. If you or your recipient received damaged flowers or other damaged products:

  • Please take a photo of the product and email the photo, along with your name, order number, and the nature of the issue to contact@jackmans.com
  • Quality complaints must be received within three (3) days following delivery, due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • Once damage is confirmed, we will be happy to re-send a new product at our expense, issue a store credit, or find the solution that will work for you.

Order Changes

All changes and updates to your order should be done within one (1) hour of placing the order. After one hour, we will do our best to track it but it could already have been delivered. Please double check all the information in your order confirmation that you receive when you place your order.

Unfortunately, during peak holidays it is extremely difficult to make changes to an existing order. We will make every effort, but change requests are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

It may be possible to cancel your order. Unfortuantely we cannot cancel orders that have been prepared or are already out with courier for delivery.

Orders Placed Outside of Canada

Orders placed for delivery outside of Canada will be charged in CAD. Provincial taxes of destination will apply.
