Delivery Questions

How much is shipping/delivery?

Standard delivery rate within the core North Bay area is $15.95. Jackman’s also delivers virtually everywhere across North America. For delivery in cities other than our local North Bay area, an additional standard $15.95 wire service charge is applied.

Please note: Deliveries to select rural destinations may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted, informed of the amount, and given the choice to either cancel the order, or proceed with delivery.

Do you do international deliveries?

We can send flowers to almost anywhere in the world. More importantly we guarantee that our international deliveries are as fresh as our local/national deliveries, or your money back.

Where do you deliver? How long does it take?

We offer same day and next day delivery in both the United States and Canada. International delivery times differ depending on the country.

Please note: Same day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm (based on time zone of the recipient).

Do you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes, we guarantee that your delivery will be delivered on the requested date, unless the recipient is not home, or if weather conditions make delivery impossible.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Sure, we love surprising people at work.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, and we understand the sensitive nature of hospital deliveries. All Jackman’s representatives are professionals experienced in delivering flowers in delicate situations.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. On the product page, click on the “Pick Up At Store” link under the “Send It” button. You will be able to pick up the arrangement at our North Bay store at a time of your choice.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes, Jackman’s is pleased to offer delivery on Sundays for our local North Bay delivery area. Sorry, delivery on Sunday is not generally available in cities other than our local North Bay area at this time.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home at time of delivery?

Depending on the situation: the delivery person will either leave a card (with a number to call in order to arrange a convenient delivery time), leave the flowers at the front door or under a covered area such as a porch, or leave the package with a neighbor. No need to worry, all deliveries are made by experienced professionals and they will choose the option that best fits the situation.

Why aren’t you able to deliver to my requested destination?

Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and some rural route addresses.

Payment Questions

What methods of payment do you accept?

Jackman’s is happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I pay for my order on arrival?

Unfortunately we can’t accept payment on delivery.

My friend and I would like to split the cost of one of your bouquets, is this possible?

Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate your request at this time.

Privacy Questions

Will any of my billing information be displayed on the delivered item?

No. The only identifying marking displayed on the item will be your name and card message.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely. Jackman’s uses a secure connection to transfer all order information. Jackman’s doesn’t sell, lend or provide information to any outside organizations.

How will the flowers be packaged?

A talented professional delicately arranges every Jackman’s product. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not use shipping services (they dry out and misshape arrangements). Instead, all of our products are hand delivered by floral industry professionals. This means Jackman’s flowers are the freshest possible and keep the exact arrangement intended by the designer.

Pre-Order Questions

Is it possible for you to slightly change one of your arrangements for me? I would like white flowers instead of pink.

Why not! Contact one of our trained floral service experts. We promise to do our best to accommodate your taste.

Will I be able to send a message with my order?

Yes, you can choose to select a message from our heartfelt message library, or write your own personal message to the recipient. It’s up to you.

Can I order by telephone?

Not a problem. Simply call us at 1-800-778-9953, and one of our floral experts will be glad to help you.

Will you send me a receipt?

If you place your order online, you can print a receipt after you complete the transaction. If you would like a receipt for an order placed by phone, simply ask us and we will be happy to provide you with one.

I’m having a problem ordering from your website, what should I do?

Contact us and we will walk you through the process, or take your order by phone.

Can I send flowers purchased on the same invoice to two different recipients?

Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate your request at this time.

Post-Order Questions

Can I make changes to my order?

Of course, as long as your item has not already been sent.

Where are my flowers? They should have been delivered today.

Contact us and find out. If there is any problem we will fix it and have your flowers delivered as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are unnecessary in the flower industry. Our flowers aren’t shipped long distances; they are prepared and delivered by a Jackman’s representative operating in your area. If a rival company is telling you that you will be able to track your flower shipment, their flowers will not be as fresh as ours, guaranteed.

I haven’t received my order confirmation, what should I do?

If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, it is possible that your confirmation may have found it’s way into your junk mail. (To prevent this from happening simply add to your address book.)

If the email confirmation is not in your junk mail, or if you received a confirmation that does not match the order you placed, please contact us and we’ll get it cleared up.

I made a mistake when ordering, what should I do?

Contact us immediately, and we will fix it.

The bouquet I received was not what I ordered, what are you going to do?

Jackman’s fully adheres to our Value Assurance Policy. However, once and a while, mistakes happen. Contact us and we will make sure to clear up any misunderstanding. In the event that we made a mistake, we will be happy to replace the product or find another solution to make it right.

My flowers were delivered late. What are you going to do?

Contact us and we will address the issue and present you with a timely response.

Jackman’s can provide you with the freshest wedding flowers to appropriately accent that very special day. Weddings are always done as custom orders. Please contact us for more information.
